looks good

everything! Unit heated up to begin with but then the light went out and nothing else happened, no power, no steam, nothing at all. ; Has to take it back to be replaced and the replacement did exactly the same - so I still haven't been able to steam...

only lasted 9 months

it was good for the kitchen floor and worked ok for 9 months today i went to use it to clean the kitchen floor and it died no lights no power nothing it will be going back to the shop thankfully it is still under warrenty but from reading the past 2...

cheap but so it should be considering it was so crap

died after 9 months unable to get replacement microfibre cloths

don't get sucked in, it's a rip off, save yourself the trouble and don't buy it, would not even rate it with one star

looked good, expected it to do the job

purchase this, started to heat up then died, replacement was a repeat of the first - took it to the dump

Don't waste your money on this piece of imported rubbish! It doesn't work at all, it's a total waste of money.
