Karcher FC5 Hardfloor Cleaner

Very easy to use the floor comes up really clean as I have a puppy that likes going in all the mud brilliant

I bought this product about 6 months ago, I have a great respect for the brand so had no hesitation in buying it. How wrong I was, so heavy and cumbersome and cleans no better,in fact worst, than a microfibres mop. So disappointed.
