Been using the printer for approximately 5 months and no issues whatsoever - no jams as far as I an recall. Really reliable.

Bought this a week ago for general home use. Setup was easy, printer came with a drum and toner cartridge which just slot in. WiFi connectivity took about two minutes to set up. Happy with the quality and speed of printing. Overall a great purchase.

I bought this printer a month ago for my kids to use for school work. It not only is fast but the quality is excellent. Very happy with purchase and I love the wireless printing.

I like that the paper is stored flat so it doesn't bend over time, and protected from dust. I like that you don't need to actively turn it on to print as it is always secretly connected to the wifi. I print about 1 page a day so this is useful for me....

I really can't fault this printer at all. I print regularly, several times a day and this printer gives me everything I want. Good quality, good speed and realistic costs. I highly recommend it.
