Great price & great performance .. still has a real serial & parallel port and a real line-in/line-out capability .. no issues with DVD eject

VISTA Home Basic takes some work ... eMachines tech support is not usefull (use NewEgg Xpert forums for great support). Will not support IDE/ATA drives (but I knew that up front)

needed to get extra 1 gig ram. Worked better with extra ram but that's a Vista problem not the hardware

Fairly small sized, comes all set up and ready to go. VERY NICE for the price. It's not the best computer I've ever seen but, for 239 there is no way you can beat, seems to be pretty unproblamatic thus far. Highly recommended for new users

The disc drive button is poorly located, which is definately not that big of a deal. Not enough to turn this bad boy down

It's larger than I anticipated and the button for opening the cd drive is to recessed. It takes to much to effort to open

great price and lots of bang for the buck...not a gamer machine but great for a user who just needs a basic internet and email machine and plays basic games

what can i say? it comes with vista! although emachines informs me that this model comes with xp also.newegg ought to stock a few of these with xp for us vista haters

Faceplate feels a little bit flimsy and blocks access to optical drive button when open
