Computer itself works good, at an affordable price and shipping was Very fast

i was hoping I could Hook everything up and be ready to go. But, the Mouse and Keyboard that came with the PC are Broken, didnt work at all, I had to run out and buy a new mouse/keyboard. i dont have time to mail the products back to the "NewEgg"...

The computer fired up with no issues. We have experienced no problems after we have used it for a week now. The unit looks brand new and I wouldn't have known it was reconditioned

The windows 8.1 pop up "switch between apps" was frustrating until we figured out how to change the default control panel settings to remove that pop up. The furnished keypad is a stock one that you might want to replace with a wireless one
